Wild Night Out Raises More Than $95,000
What an incredible night for Washington’s wild lands and waters!
On September 30, the Washington Wild community gathered at the Woodland Park Zoo for Wild Night Out 2026, our biggest fundraising celebration of the year. Supporters, conservation partners, businesses, volunteers, board members, and friends came together for an inspiring evening—and thanks to this incredible community, we raised more than $95,000 to support Washington Wild’s conservation work!
The evening was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when people who care deeply about Washington’s wild places come together.
Guests enjoyed local food and beverages, our raffle and live auction, and the opportunity to connect with fellow advocates committed to keeping Washington green and wild. Most importantly, the generosity shown throughout the evening will help fuel our work protecting public lands, defending clean and healthy waters, and ensuring Washington’s wild places remain protected for generations to come.
Celebrating Our 2026 Award Winners
Wild Night Out also gave us the opportunity to recognize four remarkable members of our community.
We were honored to present the Conservation Voices Award to world-renowned photographer and longtime Washington Wild supporter Art Wolfe; the Karen M. Fant Award to Judy Hallisey of the Kittitas Audubon Society; the Brewshed® Alliance Award to Ravenna Brewing; and our Supporter of the Year Award to Craig Nobley of Lighthouse Roasters.
Each of these honorees demonstrates the many ways people can use their voices, businesses, creativity, and passion to protect the places that make Washington extraordinary.
Powered by Our Community
An event like Wild Night Out simply wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of our sponsors, business partners, volunteers, donors, board members, and everyone who contributed goods, experiences, time, and resources to make the evening a success. Thank you for standing with Washington Wild and believing in the importance of this work.
With threats to public lands and clean water continuing across Washington and the country, this support could not come at a more important moment. The more than $95,000 raised at Wild Night Out will help strengthen our advocacy, education, and civic engagement efforts and give Washingtonians a powerful voice in decisions affecting the wild places we all cherish.
For nearly five decades, Washington Wild has worked alongside communities, Tribal Nations, businesses, conservation partners, and outdoor enthusiasts to protect Washington’s wild lands and waters. Wild Night Out showed once again that this work is powered by people.
To everyone who joined us and made Wild Night Out 2026 such an incredible success: thank you. Together, we are protecting a wild Washington for generations to come.
