Washington Wild Welcomes Board Member Ray Kwan!

We’re so excited to have Ray Kwan, co-founder of Lucky Envelope Brewing, as our newest Board of Directors member!

We sat down with Ray to get the inside scoop on his background and what he’s looking forward to as a Washington Wild Board Member.

Washington Wild: What drew you to Washington Wild? Why do you choose to support Washington’s public lands?

Ray Kwan: Working with WA Wild the past 3 years as a Brewshed Alliance partner has given me a new perspective on the importance of the organization’s work – both how it impacts my business professionally and how it impacts my fondness for taking landscape photos in my free time.

WW: What is your career background?

R.K.: Prior to opening Lucky Envelope Brewing I worked at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Warner Bros., and NBC Universal in various corporate finance and financial systems roles. 

WW: What are you most excited about working on with Washington Wild?

R.K.: I am looking forward to getting more involved and educated on the conservation efforts and helping to further expand the Brewshed Alliance.
