Congratulations to our 2019 Photo Contest Winners

Posted on Oct 7, 2019 in WA Wild Blog

With 2020 just around the corner, we are looking back at all the breathtaking photos from our annual photo contest. This year’s submissions took us all across the state – from the stunning sea stacks on the coast to Gifford Pinchot National Forest to the Pasayten Wilderness. There is certainly no shortage of photo opps in the wilds of Washington. We appreciate everyone who contributed photos from their adventures.

Our top three winners did a phenomenal job of capturing the beauty of Washington’s public lands, as well as the wildlife we share these awe-inspiring landscapes with! Our first place winner will be featured on the cover of our 2019 Fall Newsletter. Additionally, the winner and two honorable mentions received 2 tickets to our Beers Made by Walking Tapping event held on September 7th at Rooftop Brewing. Here are the winning photos:

First Place: Chris Bauer, Cascadia Photography

Honorable Mention: Mike Penney

Honorable Mention: Daniel Rice
