Brewshed® Alliance Member Black Raven Brewing recently released a limited edition Element No. 4 – Water, a Pacific Northwest style lager with a portion of proceeds benefitting our work of protecting and defending Washington’s wild lands and waters.

The release is the last of their “Core of Four” series, which celebrates and highlights the four core ingredients that make beer so great: malt, hops, yeast and water.

This light and refreshing lager showcases the work that water does to bring out the flavors of all of the elements found within beer. Beer is over 90% water and the brewing process is incredibly water-intensive. Brewshed® partners knows how important it is to protect our watersheds, which is why they work to raise awareness and important funds that support our work of protecting rivers and forested ecosytems.

Element No. 4 – Water features malt from Brewshed® member Skagit Valley Malting. It’s available for a limited time at both Redmond and Woodinville locations.
