Congress Celebrates 1,000th Culvert Replacement with Legacy Roads Funds

1,000th Culvert Celebration Courtesy of  WWRIMembers of Congress Forest Service leadership and conservation and recreation leaders celebrated the 1,000th Culvert Replacement funded by Legacy Roads and Trails funding. Hosts for the congressional reception included Sen. Patty Murray and Representatives Derek Kilmer, Dave Reichert and Jaime Hererra-Beutler from Washington State. Washington Wild is a founding member of the Washington Watershed Restoration Initiative which advocates for federal funding to address aquatic impacts from failing logging roads and repair recreation access routes.
